You have appreantly never been out of AR have you? Arkansans sound so redneck and stupid it isn't funny at all. Luckily I learned very early to speak correctly. No one in this state seems to annunciate their words at all. It comes across to everyone like Arkansans are uneducated.

Hey! How 'Ya All are? Always Glad to visit Arkansas. I lived in Arkansas when I was a Kid, and not too far from the Arkansas Line when going to High School. Some of the Best Educaation is right there in Arkansas.

It's all relative to where you live...northern people sound funny to me...because I live here. My sister moved to Michigan 10 yrs ago and now she sounds like a yankee. It has nothing to do with intelligence. It's just what you get used to. But I have always wondered why people even have accents that differ when you go North to South. Why are there accents in speech anyway? who knows, but everyone has one. it has nothing to do with intelligence.

Some of you do, some not so much. I've come across a few who sound like they are speaking Swahili instead of English, but I've run into that everywhere. I'm not just meaning blacks, either. Whey do so many of you young white Arkansans try to sound like uneducated blacks? It doesn't even make sense for blacks to jabber talk like that.
