I miss Johns Island so , so much. Please feel free to email me if you know me from school. I graduated in 1974.I miss everyone so much. Hello To All of Johns Island SC

I am stationed here in Iraq and thought I would say hello....
I grew up on Johns Island attending St Johns High School. I used to live on Hobson Drive.

Although I have not been there in years, I often think of it often as well as the people I used to know...

Stationed at Camp Shelby as an instructor.

I was born in Charleston (1958) and moved away in 1964. We moved back in 1974 and bought a house on John's Island (River Rd.), although I went to St. Andrews High. My buddy who lived 2 doors down was Wayne Butler. There was an old abandoned house that if I remember correctly belonged to his family. When my parents and me and my twin brother moved to Florida in 1976, my Sister bought the house. She passed away in 1990 and left the house to my Nephew. He recently demo'd the old house and built a new 2-story house on the same property. Glad to see the property stay in the family and really happy that he loves John's Island. I visit every chance I get and never miss the opportunity to drive the entire Island while I'm there. Had a lot of GREAT times growing up on John's Island!!!

My God man! I have been searching for you for a hell of a long time!!!!
Tried to find you before I deployed overseas in 04 and 06. I even flew out to CO, in hopes of finding you!
Looks like I'll be going back in March 2010 to Afganistan. I would love to see you before I go! I'll pay for the ticket or fly to see you. Either way - Please lets make this happen!!!
