Go back to Oprah and a case of Little Debbie's snacks. It will make you feel much better about yourself, and you can continue to pretend your bootie is not filled with lard.

It is so cute that you use HJF as an acronym for Hott Jizz Fan. You guys must be BFF's---just like Paris and Nicole, Mutt & Jeff (that makes you Mutt), and Bonnie and Clyde (that makes Hot Jizz Bonnie).

So cute! Adorable!

Hillbilly.
Your sentence is juvenile. Let me help. "This are examples of the low standards and lack of intellect of a few posters on this forum."

You shouldn't end a sentence with an orphaned helping verb.

As a 32 year current member of Nashville law enforcement, I don't expect this piece of common filth (Angel) to get the death penalty. His defense attorney will argue that he has cooperated in full with authorities and thus his life should be spared to "life in prison w/no possibility of parole". Don't let his "baby face appearance" mask the killing trash that he is. I would have no problem executing those responsible myself and selling tickets to witnesses so money could be raised for the families involved. To the fine people of Pulaski and Giles County, my heart and prayers go out to all of you that are suffering. You can believe that "The Great Master" will deal with all of this in his time. You can be comforted in the knowing that there are no appeals to his decisions.
u sir,can believe "the great master" will deal with u as well.for all we know u could be common filth,i mean being a police officer.we all know cops r dirty.what i will ask u is if your child was one of these boys that are accused of murder, would u like it if someone was on here talking that way about your child?these children have parents and by the way how much sense do u people have in tenn?u all want to blame the parents....how?i am related to one of the boys and believe not his mother or father taught him that and if any of u had any balls u would ask them yourself so i would like to end tjis by saying....stop blaming the parents. You could find yourself in a very similar situation with your children,it may not be murder but no crime is any better than the other.3 people didnt just lose thier lives but 2 fathers and 2 mothers also lost their children as well.Well thanku tennessee, much love from NY.

Get a grip, NY.

Perhaps in your state this is not even a noteworthy crime, but here it is considered the most heinous of heinous crimes. Multiple murders of innocent victims and arson to coverup the crime.

I notice that you single out only 2 families for our sympathy and understanding. The families of the murderers. Why is that? Something created these two little monsters and one place to look is in their homes.

You ask me to step out of my biased opinion and consider how I would feel if I were one of the parents. I won't do that, NY, because normal children would not commit such a crime.

You can boo-hoo for the parents. My outrage is for the murdered mother and her 2 sons.

I'm not saying that what they did was right.....take a look back at my comments...not condoning what they did.It was definetly a horrible horrible thing that has happened and our prayers are absolutley with the families as well as Giles County.Yeah and no in NY its not a noteworthy crime.you say one place to look is in their home ok but does that automatically mean its the parents?like i said i'm family with one of the suspects....and he has a sister and a brother and they havent commited any crimes.there are other places to look besides just immedietly pointing the finger at the parents. There are televisions and music u know things of that nature.I do want to apologize though if i upset anyone with my comments. Its just the one boy's family is my family and i know they r good people and they r probably wondering just like the rest of our family.....how could he do such a thing?why?so again tennessee my sympathy goes out to all of u and i hope when justice is served u all will be able to rest a little easier.

You say the parent's of the boys being charged, that their parent's failed. But do you sit back and think about all the other murderer's & serial killers?? Most of them had grown up in a loving warm house, a house with religion,respect...etc....Alot of them were in college becoming lawyers, doctors....etc....It is not how someone is raised, what makes them do things later in life when they are in control of their own minds and actions! Everyone has a choice! And it's very simple....Worng or right. What has happned 2 the victims is a horriable thing! And my blessings go out to the victims family! But also as a parent, I am sure these parent's were'nt sitting there oneday saying to themself's " I think I am gonna raise my son to be a murder". And also a a parent, I know none of us are perfect!! And if you are a parent and one who thinks your perfect and your child is perfect...well then congrats, you've just made your biggest and greatest mistake being a parent!! Oh, and Vann a normal child would'nt do something like this?? Who are you say who is or what is normal??

Those aren't YOUR schools, dotard. If I'm going to be stuck paying 4,600.00 a year in property taxes, the schools better be obeying the US Constitution, which provides for separation of church and state.

What you need to do is put YOUR kids back in church, synagogue or mosque, leave the public state run schools out of it.

Most serial killers grew up in loving families? You obviously did no research before posting.
Name one. I will: Ted Bundy. The product of a father raping his own daughter, raised believing his mother, aunts and uncles were his siblings, and depised by every member of the family because of where he came from.
The truth is most serial killers had horrific childhoods and abusive parents.
Not all of them had horrible home life's. Not all of them were raised like that, you are right their are many that have! But still no matter how someone was or is raised gives them the right to commit acts of crime!! And also Ted Bundy had his own mind!! He knew right from wrong!! You would'nt be on her making these statemants if it had been your children involved in this! What would be your excuse then?? Being a parent, kids don't come with instructons on how to raise them. I would like you to name one child that is perfect and one parent that is perfect, you can't!! My childhood was far from perfect and I know right from wrong. I don't even have a police record and I raise my children completly diffrent then how I was raised!! Your can't use childhood and the way a parent raises a child as an excuse!! If that is the case, then your parent's must have not raised you right because your on here criticizing and judgeing others. Before you go making judgement on how other people raise thier children, maybe you need to look in your own backyard!!

<quoted text>you should know that these fools always take up for each other no matter how stupid one of them sounds. I believe they are kissin cousins or worst. He knows nothing just like PBL other then insulting others. This is how they get to actually sit and think they are better or smarter then others. WRONG on both parts. EVERYONE knows HZ has no life other then playing on his little computer. Some of us has to work andprovide for our families. Not everyone gets to live on welfare and draw foodstamps. Some of us live in the real world. Maybe this fool will get a real life. I guess we will see what PBL says about it. Always to his defends. Good to always have a dependable dog. We all need one
Maybe it makes them feel important, to think that someone actually reads what they say?? Either way I don't have time to sit on here arguing with people who think they are never wrong and always have some point to make, although no one else gets it but them. I wonder also if they were implying that were are one in the same, well just proves they are really that stupid....haha....And also we can go on any post on the internet we'd like, you guys don't own this shit....and if you don't like what we post then don't read it losers!!!

I love how you all sit here and make this about you and pull everyone away from the post topic. Talk about trying to get attention! Cause it seems like everytime someone has something to post on here about the topic you both seem to put your dumb ass opinions in about the way someone types or something stupid to that fact. So why don't you leave people alone and let them post their concern. And just keep your opinions to yourselfs, if you don't like what someone else has to say, keep it to yourself. Instead you try and gain attention through the computer for what? Do you not get enough attention at home? If not look else where this is not the place for it. When the post topic is about a horrible crime! Instead you prove to everyone why nothing in this world will ever change cause there are people like you all, that are quick to judge & spred your hatetred. You all need to grow-up and think about someone else for once and stopping making things about you!!

The question was on another thread. If a criminal has a serious mental illness that hinders their judgement, are they responsible for their acts?
I know what the law says, I want your opinion.
No, I don't think that they are. If the mental illness prevents them from forming the intent (mens rea) they aren't responsible. Laws in every state handle this differently from each other, but this is my personal opinion.

You're playing word games.

First, you asked, "If a criminal". That statement alone assumes a conviction in state court regarding a criminal violation of the state. Therefore, a convicted criminal is typically held responsible for their PROVED VIOLATION OF STATE LAW, not their ACTS.

Secondly, you mentioned "mental illness" and asked if that person was "responsible for their acts"? Acts? Are we talking about the bible or the criminal justice system? If the state cannot prove a defendant guilty of violating state law, by either lack of evidence, a successful legal defense or the medical proof of mental defect or dissease, then the defendant is not guilty of violating the state. It wouldn't take a freaking Einstein to figure that one out.

The rumour mill is especially active, and interesting tales are coming at you from all sides. Don't believe everything you hear: there are people who will start gossip to further their own aims and you don't want to help them unwittingly. Similarly, don't reveal too much of yourself to those who you don't know intimately - keep your own counsel.
