This is ridiculous that they are tearing down a very historical part of the city of Lansford. It is part of the history for almost everyone who lives in the city and it is not fair to the city to be doing this. I have moved away from the city but i remember how the city was and then look at it today and realize what a dump the city has turned into. People coming into the city are slowly ruining the city and tearing down the history of the city is how they are doing it. Pretty soon there won't be any history left and it is a crying shame.

I grew up in Lansford, and attended St. Ann's Grade School until I graduated from the 8th Grade. Yes, the very sight of that convent brought back alot of memories. Personally, they should have found a way to say that old structure but it is a moot point now.
