Unreturned library book leads to woman's arrest

An Iowa woman has been arrested because failed to return a library book. Thirty-nine-year-old Shelly Koontz was arrested Thursday night on a fifth-degree theft charge.

If she would have killed someone in the library she would have either gotten off under 'insanity' or would have been slapped with a 2 year prison sentence.

Now that she didn't return the library book she'll probably serve 21 years, be branded under some new fangeled "Federal Crime" and live a life as a neighborhood 'bandit'.
