These poor youths, sad to see that a youth cannot buy or sell dope without the anxiety of being shot by a fellow druggie or Five Oh

I'm certian that the ACLU and Black Caucus will demand an immediate investigation if the youths are African American and a flood of lawsuits will be launched on behalf of the teenage "vicitms"

When are we finally going to get fed up with the Gestapo tactics the police in this country use on a daily basis? The cops lie , the prosecutors lie, amd the judges routinley ignore the law and make up their own in the great FREE State of Md. Have you seen some of these people they allow into our police depts.Remember that our system was designed by our founding fathers to protect the innocent, even if it means that an occassional guilty person goes free! We seem to forget that there is a constitution in this country that gets ignored on a regular basis.

The kids actually are white and hispanic... is they were black they would've been shot on purpose... or had drugs planted on them. Maybe a shiny object to justify it.

Wow Mike, sounds like you need a vacation!

It was an accident, plain and simple...The guy didn't intentionally shoot the kid. Accidents happen. quit making this more than what it was. what next, are you going to blame him for all the starving children in india?

no steve it was not an accident. i wear a side arm everyday, a cause must happen for us to take out our weapon. the article does not state( the officer ) cause. we have laws in this country and they are designed not for the officer but you steve in mind. if these kids were black we would have more minds like "drudskill" ignoring the law because race matters most to him not law.

so john, what I am to believe by your statement is that the officer drew and purposefully fired on a kid with the intention of shooting him? is that what you are saying? That the officer intentionally shot the kid, and it wasn't a accidental shooting? So the officer who shot himself in the leg a few years ago when he jumped a fence not realizing he had his finger on the trigger, shot himself intentionally...and the officer in Vegas who was covering the arresting officer and accidentally discharged her weapon did so intentionally? is that what you are saying?
There was a cause for the weapon to be pulled. He was approaching a possible drug transaction or what he construed as a drug transaction. Not knowing if the person was armed, he drew his weapon to protect himself and cover his partner after identifying himself as a police officer and accidently discharged his weapon, which is an entirely plausable situation. He then immediately identified with what he did and began to render aid. The officer is the person who requested the medivac to respond in advance knowing that he had to get the kid to trauma immediately. I was listening to the call...You can also listen to the call from the fire department under the savage volunteer fire department website.
Sometimes accidents happen...that is why they are called accidents. Claiming that he shot the kids purposefully is totally a mischaracterization and a jump to conclussions with a biased and descriminative view.

Intentional- an action with intent.

accidental- not planned, not with intent.

Mike said the cops, lawyers and the judges lie. No way a criminal is going to lie.
