What a absolute disappointment Kurtis Timmer has proven to be, as a senior leader of a Military Police Command, I hope he is not allowed to retire before UCMJ action is taken. If this was a Staff Sergeant the Army would be taking at least one stripe away.

Senior NCO should be the example for all to follow. If he is guilty as charge then he should be an example for all junior Army personnel that you are accountable for your actions and will suffer consequences for bad decisions. Not that his rank/position or who he worked for or with, will let him retire with rank and no other consequences.

How many drunk drivers did he pull over during his elustrious career? How many lost a stripe or lost their Army careers? Did this individual previously live in Chapelgate community? Cause if it is, you could tell he was above the law whenever he was driving his blue Monte Carlo.
