Thug huggers see this as a victory for the prisoner. What they refuse to acknowledge is that this in no way says the guy is innocent just adds to a defense. The only reason it can't be tried again is the witnesses are dead or thier whereabouts are unknown - much different than being innocent.

He may very well be innocent. I guess we never will know. However if he is innocent, than I applaud his freedom.
