Wht do people insist on being rude to people that are of a different race or color?

I just don't understand why people are that way. The only perfect person that ever walked the earth was Jesus. And I think that people that are rude to others because they are different are not comfortable in their own skin.

I work in customer service.And only have one arm a customer came to mad already cause the rain. and his shopping cart was wet.He had return.and he called me a one arm ba****.and a woman calleb the one arm m and the f bomb.how can people be so mean and hateful.dont get it.
