Any good buildings for lease/rent?

[Help please]

I am needing some help finding a good building to lease/rent. Ive called a leasing company that was posted on one building but apparently they dont need money. They never returned my call.
Im looking for a place on or around the main drag or high visablity but easy accessable area. Not to large around 1200 to 2000 sq/ft.
If anyone knows of anything let me know please.

Also need info on the vacant building next to the True Value Store. It looks vacant and want to know if it is for lease and who to contact. Anyone know???

Did you check out the building at 301 N.7th street?
It may be too large, but it is on the main drag and very visible. It is also next to Garrett Hardware, across from the firestation #1, and down from street from the police station and post office.

You should first call Garanty Loan. They have more commercial real estate for lease than anyone.

I believe the building on 7th street belongs to Turk Realty. It used to be the old Eagles night club. It was severely burned a few years ago, but has since been renovated. It has a good size parking lot in the back. What type of business do you plan to put in there? Just wondering.
