Whole lot of hispanics in the log. A sign of the times? When is enough...enough? City leaders open your eyes and do something about it.

Lol I am bored so I went through and looked at all the names again, there are 4 Hispanic names in all the reports and 12 non-Hispanic names.

Why would a small store like Kellers have firearms laying around when they are closed? Money I can understand if its a small amount to start your next business day.

Thanks, Dean 1, for pointing out the obvious that obviously-racist people just do not get. Not everything wrong in Franklin County is caused by non-white people, or by people with non-white names, or by people assumed to be non-white because of their assumed-to-be non-white names...do I need to go on?

our civic leaders are too busy planning for how to handle firework displays, religious gatherings, and festivals downtown to deal with anything vital to our community's safety.

I have lived here all my 40 something life. I can remember when I was growing up that downtown main street was a great place to shop & visit. Now it is over run by stores and people that give this town a bad, bad name. You cannot go on main street without feeling unsafe! Paul C. said in a town meeting years ago that he wanted this town to be a high class cultural LITTLE SAVANNAH GA. Well, I hate to tell you Paul. But this downtown of yours looks more like LITTLE MEXICO.

I agree why not? Along with DUI ummm the ran out of gas? I guess they got drunk while they were walking to get gas. Wonder if they even checked if the were american citizens.

From a mathematical standpoint, the police log shows that 25% of all offenders are hispanic. Since these folks are not yet 25% of our population, they are way over-represented in our criminal statistics.

I'm not surprised that a bible-belt southern douche-bag would make such a stupid remark without looking that the majority were non-hispanic.....too bad Sherman's march didn't include Tennessee!!!

Not so fast! In our country, non-hispanics are the majority. If they committed crimes at the same rate as hispanics, hispanics would not be so over-represented in criminal statistics. Please say more disparaging remarks about folks from the bible belt, the South and Tennessee - we can tell lots from that kind of mindless jibberish.
