If they start "snitchin'" they'll end up dead. Coatesville City is every bit as bad as the worst neighborhood in Philly. They tried "urban renewal", received tons of grants and subsidies from the local and federal government and guess what happened? Yep, the thugs ruined it for everyone. They are like a disease-they spread and destroy everything healthy around them.

I didn't know Coatesville was that bad. I use to live near there. Isn't there a way people can be anon. about snictchin' though? A way were they can tell without the repercussions?

Living near the city of Coatesville and in the city is way different. Thorndale, West Brandywine, Downingtown, Parkesburg, and other areas of Chester County are fine.

However, the thugs in Coatesville City are running our of people to rob and houses to burglarize, so they are spreading out. Home insurance rates are rising because of the close proximity to the "badlands."

I have lived in Coatesville for six years. I bought a townhome that was brand new for $119,000. It was the best home I could afford for my family. Several of our neighbors received "special funding" so they could get in to identical homes for far less than we paid. Now I am dealing with reverse discrimination at its ugliest. My "minority" neighbors call my little children names and steal their toys and my son's tricycle from our porch. They vandalized our cars, they destroyed our Christmas and Halloween decorations. They organize block parties and make a point of telling us its an ethnic celebration and maybe we wanted to go away for the day because some of the people attending may not like "people like us." We are working very hard to put together enough money to be able to move out.We owe more on the home that it is worth. A small apartment in a better area and good school district (Downingtown)is looking like it may be our only alternative. We are angry and sad.

My advice: take the loss and get out now. Where do you expect to send your children to school? Not Coatesville,if you want them to receive a good education and stay off of drugs. The elementary school kids are using drugs! The white hatred is at an all-time high. The Latinos have taken all the "black" jobs and the blacks blame the white man for this. It is the fault of the lazy black man who just wanted to make babies and not be held accountable for his deeds. I know because I have been there.

c'ville is loaded with crime. these murders have to be solved. when i read the replys i wonder, someone talking about the oak street projects, that has been closed for how long' another talking about "special funding"...and places all fought on the minority neighbors. stop and frisk is a violation of rights an extention of the jaywalking frisk. i don't think the police should break the law to enforce the law. the days of the c'ville police being your friend or even friendly is gone. i respect the job the police are doing, playing on people's fears about the murders and shooting is not right. i doubt that the frisking will be done in the areas that the shootings happened. i know something has to be done i'm asking that you don' t break the law to enforce the law.

Sorry, it was those pesky 'constitution' and 'bill of rights' thingies standing in the way. They just had to wait about 225 years before they could start blatantly ignoring it because people are so interested in themselves they don't care to know what laws govern (or are supposed to govern) themselves.

4th amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Yup. but pigs don't care if they get someone killed, they're just after more arrests.

Google "Abby Hoffman", scratch that, just go to norml.org and search the page for her name.
