You don't care if the union officials are corrupt, that is very obvious. The issue did not go to arbitration, if it had, the dirt bag would have been gone a whole lot sooner than he was. That was the only mistake the business owner made, he tried to play it on the up and up and be honest in his dealings with the criminal Teamsters. I have no respect for unions, call it hatred or whatever. Makes no difference to me. You are foolishly defending the very people who give unions a bad name and you don't even care. Speaks volumes about your thought process and arrogance. It appears you don't even have a fundamental grasp of what unions even do. It is absolutely absurd to blame a union official for an incident not going to arbitration if the company really wanted to fire that guy. Your story doesn't hold water. You are merely spewing hatred for unions because some guy you didn't like didn't get fired for something the company obviously couldn't prove he did.

The company not only proved it, they took the dirtbag to court and proved it. He plead down to avoid jail time. The shipper filed a civil suit that was also settled out of court because the dirtbag didn't want to do a whole lot of jail time. Hate the unions???? And that would do me what good??? The unions would not know that I hate them since I will have not a darn thing to do with them. Unlike you, Arctic, I don't waste that emotion. I don't hate anyone or anything. Intensely dislike, absolutely, hate, nope. I actually feel sorry for you because you are so suckered by the unions and the left that you totally refuse to believe that another person doesn't have to hate to survive in the world.

Your story does not make any sense. A private company does not prosecute people. Your story is so full of holes it's very hard to tell what really happened. All we know for sure is that you're mad because someone you didn't like had union representation. I think we can sum this up with one word: Jealousy.

You can't stand the fact that there are actually people who see unions for what they are.... THUGS

You are the one with no fundamental understanding of what goes on. It's quite simple - often - where there is a lot of money involved, there is corruption. Unions are in that. Big business has it - politicans etc. You stick your head in the sand and act like the Union's are an innocent group that are all about 'helping people'. NO - THAT IS WHAT THE UNION'S USED TO BE.

So Arctic - do you think the police officers in Chicago like being TOLD to 'contribute' to a certain politicians political fund? It isn't 'volunteer' when there is significant strong arm tactics used. You contribute or you get black balled and a whole lot of other crap. You get thrown on crap assignments when you don't play their game....oh but wait - you think they're all innocent and 'for the people'. You have no clue that the "Union's" are nothing but organized crime in so many big cities.
