Big O wrote: There are two sides to every story. Seems this individual has caused a scene before. From KCRA, Channel 3, Sacramento: "However, union leaders told a different version of what happened. "He came to a union meeting with another woman who had film equipment. He was asked to leave," Yvonne Walker, President of SEIU Local 1000, said. "When he refused, he became abusive to members of our staff. He actually physically assaulted a couple of our staff people." Shortly after the incident, Hamidi was taken to a local hospital for treatment of cuts to his head and face. Hamidi is an outspoken critic of the union. He hosts a cable access show that regularly criticizes leaders of SEIU. Hamidi admits that police have escorted him out of previous union meetings. It's unclear if any criminal charges will be filed. "The statements we received kind of conflict about who started it and who provoked it," Sacramento police Sgt. Norm Leong said. Both sides said they want to press charges and are hopeful that the district attorney will determine who started the fight." And I checked the St. Louis Post Dispatch today and there was nothing on what if anything is going on with the folks that allegedly assaulted Gladney. I think both of these situations were set ups to instigate trouble so the Teabaggers can put out the type of headlines and BS stories that Chip and GR Paul love to post. I really don't understand though why the "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" crowd wants to be portrayed as a bunch of whining losers.

I am not talking about assault, I am talking about self defense, which it appears that the SEIU members in both the St. Louis and CA case were exercising. Nice to see that you realize that even Jesus knew that there was a place and a time to get tough with people. ;o)

Stay on topic, can you do that?? Your hatred of the right is becoming much more obvious Pete....you are not even pretending to hide it anymore. Shame on you Pete, are you the face of the "new" Democratic party???? The Dems didn't used to sanction violence.....

I don't hate the right, I feel sorry for them because they are obviously so easily conned. The fell for the Robertson/Falwell crap, the garbage trickle down economics from Ronald Reagan, the scare tactics of Karl Rove and now Death Panels from the Alaska idiot. I am not sanctioning violence, I am explaining reality to some folks that are obviously delusional. Why don't you get a video camera and try taping a union meeting in a union hall. Why don't you go to a Democratic Party meeting, get right up in the face of a member, foaming and spitting out right wing wacko crap. What do you think is going to happen. The union folks are probably not going to call the cops, they are most likely going to throw you out. You might want to wear a helmet in the other situation because the most likely reaction would be a head butt. The problem is that the GOP decided this past summer that rationale discourse is not the norm, they intentionally decided accoring to Freedom Works to disrupt Town Hall meetings with abusive tactics. Fine do it, I am not condoning the violence but I am not going to have any sympathy for the Kenny Gladneys of the world who go out looking for trouble and find it.

Petey boy, you are the one who is conned. LMAO. You get all of your opinions from Media Matters, Huffington Post, Move on, etc.. Not one original thought, just talking points. You have bought, sold, and drank the Obama koolaid. You hang on every word of Pelosi and Reid too.

And what's ironic is that he is in support of a healthcare bill that he cant answer us as to what's in it. He's the biggest party-hack of the entire lib group here. No wonder he sees the teaparties as evil but the SEIU are totally misunderstood.

I would divert money from defense/highways for health care coverage for every American and K-12 education. I would simply extend Medicare to age 1 day but do a sliding scale premium schedule and make people that could afford to pay for it. I would initiate an investigation into the war crimes of the Bush/Cheney Administration by calling a Grand Jury together and getting everyone involved in torture, rendition, Gitmo and the March 2003 decision to invade Iraq under oath. Why we have not done that is a mystery to me. I'd announce that we are pulling out of both Iraq and Afghanistan asap. We would also be downsizing in places like Europe, Japan and Korea. I would close not just the prison at Gitmo but the whole base, there is no need for a US naval base on Cuban soil, it is just an insult to Cuba. I'm not drinking any koolaid, I am just one hell of a lot happier with having an articulate and intelligent fellow leading our nation than I was with a bumbling, spoiled rotten frat boy and his evil sidekick Darth Cheney.

Your post reads like Communist China is where you should live. Move there. Don't destroy our Country's freedoms. Bush and Cheney have NOT committed any crimes that is WHY they aren't going after them. They can't. Even George Soros' deep pockets can't change FACTS. Of course you'd think that US Military presents in Cuba is an insult to Cuba. Hey why not move there? It's closer than China. You can get your one lb of flour to last a month to feed your family! Obama is an egomaniac, everything is about HIM. He can't help it. Obama has HIS best interest at heart NOT America's. He will be a one term president. His policies have raised our unemployment to a 20 year high, our military moral is as low as it was with Carter. Our $$ is worth less and less every day and he has lost the respect and trust of the American people.

Geezx - this idiot still thinks Obama leads our nation. Make no mistake - pete's happier now that a marxist sympathizer who's led by radical progressive anti-Americans is in the White House. It has nothing to do with being articulate or intelligent. As for his implausible theories of fixing the nation, his ongoing hard-on for getting back at Bush, and his concern over a tyrannical communist leader's feelings - YAWN. Same old government takeover progressive rhetoric and bad ideas. Pete, you need a sliding scale upside your head. Extend medicare, an unsustainable burden on the taxpayer. That's your solution. Great idea that still wouldn't cover everyone and it would sink us further into debt with no hope of getting out. Oh yes, and of course every plan you progressives come up with involves adding more burden on the people who actually create the wealth that sustains our economy. Pull our troops completely? Well, your undocumented president promised this already, so why hasn't it happened? Because he cannot. It'd be far too dangerous now. He had his chance and blew it. Now blood is on his hands just like Bush, the guy you want to lynch for starting the exact plan that Obama is now leading (or his he?). No one knows because he can't make up his "articulate mind". If you should plan to investigate anyone it should be Obama, for lying to America about having a plan. Change we can believe in my ass! Oh yes, yet another liberal golden nugget of idiocy: Close a perfectly functioning detainment facility so that Cuba isn't offended. Heaven forbid we offend the marxists of the world, eh pete? Bring terrorists into our own jails. Well, hell, they're already serving in our military so why not? Wonderful agenda you've got there. You should run for office on that platform :) DanBana/Nidal Malik Hasan 2012!

And if you think that Axelrod and Emmanuel aren't running the show, you are truly delusional. The President can't make up his mind from one day to the next what is going to take place. He has to wait for his minions to speak for him. Heard him this morning on GMA...he knew what the questions would be and still couldn't answer them without stumbling and bumbling around. Articulate? Not in my opinion. As to intelligent, that's your opinion as well. All I have seen him do is continually campaign since he hasn't gotten the memo that he won. You have the worst case of class envy I have ever seen. Your jealousy and hatred is going to suck the life right out of you, Pete. But, hey, whatever floats your boat.

If some dictator in Central America had done what they did they would be executed by now, after their trial of course, a trial kind of like the one we gave Sadaam. Everything else you whine about is part of the Bush legacy of failure and incompetence.

When are you guys going to find a poster boy for Teabagging that is not a whiny punk laying on a gurney or sitting in a wheelchair. This is getting pretty bad for the Live Free or Die crowd to have such pathetic figure heads, I thought you guys were tough, you can't take on the SEIU, what are you going to do when the Teamsters get peed off, pee your pants and then hop on the gurney.

As a daughter of a now deceased Teamsters Member, there's not much a Teamsters could do that would send me running. And being raised around them my entire life, believe me, I could rival them as well. I'm not afraid of union thugs and can more than take care of myself from the likes of you and your ilk.
