Wow, they are sure in a hurry to put up casinos. How long would it take to put up a new school or something for the children?????? Poor little children.

Good for B.I.A.!!! In this matter, stipulations SHOULD BE MORE inforced as this issue is prodominent in modern issues, whether, good or bad.
