Our country was fouded on Christian principals. That is what is wrong today is we have forgotten them. God will not continue to bless America if we don't turn back to him. God and the Bible should absolutely be taught in our schools!

Where is the option for 'Just God'?

I certainly believe our children should learn about God in the public school systems, and have the opportunity to pray in our public schools, but biblical study should remain in our homes and in the church!

Public school is NOT the place to teach the bible.

That is what Sunday School is for!!!

what is your religion?? there is only one true god and that is the Lord himself, he has been taken out of everything! but yet kids can walk around in school with their satanic clothes and wear their black and its ok? they are representing their god and who they believe in, but why can't God be represented by the christians by having prayer in school or keeping the ten commandments up? Their shouldn't be a difference but their is. God is who gave up what we got and these kids need to know who Jesus Christ is, but it seems like so many people have forgotten who he is!! and that is sad!!

my religion was old before your god was even thought of, let alone your Jesus was born. and your post just shows what people like you would do to all our children. you would say the same to someone who was Jewish. if you taught about god what form would you teach? Christianity,Baptists, Catholics?
way to many variables to be able to do such a thing. and the funny thing is that your the one calling names and being rude. thats not what i want my children to learn

there was nothing here until god made it so how does your religion come before god. and no my child will never be taugt a religion that you seem to think is a religion. and yes he studies the bible at church. but i think prayer should be back in schools. by the looks of your symbol by your name i can see what you study and that you need to have a lot of people praying for you.

there was so much here before your god. if you feel the need to pray for me go right ahead but yours are not needed. i will say many Wicca blessing over the shallowness of your own heart and mind. oh and i don't know what you think that symbol means but it has nothing at all to do with a Satan i don't believe exists. it was your religion that made him up not mine.

Corky, you right there is nothing wrong with prayer in our school system, our pleage of allegiance to our flag has also been removed in many schools because of the words Under God, this is wrong and should be brought bavk.

the only real issue i have with this is that would you let my child do a wiccan blessing? what about the muslims, jews, and so many other religions. you can not allow just 1 religion to rule and others be left behind. if you would allow all religions to worship in their own way i would be fine with it. i just don't like the idea that my child should have to do a christian thing when they are not christian. but then if your child was walking down the hall and saw someone kneeling on a prayer rug they would say some comment or start some BS. and you as the parent would be the 1st at the school saying they shouldn't be allowed to do this infront of your child.

If one takes a good hard look at things, then one would understand why God needs to be in our schools.
Look at the school shootings, people always ask, "Where was God?" Well, God was removed from our schools and now we have a problem.
Christians are not allowed to pray in school these days, though muslims can have special prayer time, get fed special meals; our government caters to them and their religion. Christians, we are left out in the cold with nothing more than our faith holding us together.
We need to face the facts that these are the end times and that things are only going down hill from here.
First they took away school prayer, then prayer from school in general, again, lest ye be a muslim.
We all need to stand up, let our voices be heard and not cower down from things like the aclu and terrorist groups.
We are a cowardesque nation, we depended on the government and not God, what did we get out of it? Nothing more than a government that is without God!
We can only blame ourselves for letting it happen, but in the end it (being things) are meant to be as they are.

You just go on and follow your religion, we'll pray that you see the light and become a member of God's greater plan.
Religion means nothing anyway, it is the belief in God that counts.
And no, people should not be forced into learning any one religion, that is why we have freedom, freedom of speech, choices and the right to free press. Christians are the ones that have their rights infringed upon, not others.
It is as simple as turning away from something, if one does not like it, just look the other direction, God will still forgive you; if you ask that is...
