ditches in woodbine

could someone shed some light on what is going on? i have not been able to get to a council meeting in some time. i now have a 3 foot ditch, along with my neighbors that i will never be able to mow. the man running he show said it was voted on last year and to take it up with city hall.

Oh my the mess going on in Woodbine. Why in the world would the city be creating this awful mess. This is a shame.

This was the brain child of two counsel members and tie broken by the mayor. The two counsel members are up for re-election this year.

Lets all get together on the weekends and fill them back in. If we do this every weekend maybe they'll eventually give up and go away.

You asked for it-you got it. For years people have been whining about the bad drainage in Woodbine. Your politicians listened and tried to fix it. Now you're whining about that. Sooner or later, fools get what they ask for. Good luck.
