An older man driving a motorcycle hit a deer while driving on Upper Pleasant Valley Rd. I was the second person to the scene and waited there until paramedics arrived. The man was conscious, but delusional and in SEVERE pain. There was some blood on his face, but no visible injuries that seemed severe. I was hoping that somebody may have information on the mans condition, as i cant stop thinking about it and wondering if he is alright! Thank you.
