It's sad that this man had no motorcycle license, and his regular license was suspended and the mother and stepfather knew their was a malfunction in the bike and they still put her on it! I really hope they get him with aggravated vehicular homicide or something stiffer as this was no accident. He knowingly put her in danger, he knowingly broke the law and how many times does this man have to be charged with driving under suspension before someone realizes he don't care about the courts decision! He needs to lose his license for life as he took her life! You can research my findings on this man on Clinton and Fayette counties municipal court websites. This man needs to be behind bars! This child needs justice served! Mother should even be charged with child endangerment for letting her get on the bike knowing it had problems!

Even if he is charged with vehicular homicide the sentence would probably not amount to much. I lost my daughter in a senseless car crash. The driver will most likely get a $750 fine and a possible few days in jail. The way the law is written the most a driver charged with a death of a passenger is $750.00 fine, up to 90 days in jail and possible license suspension. Please visit a website we have started to try and get the laws changed to make each and every driver accountable for their actions. WWW.JUSTICEFORBOBBIJO.COM

I loved this little girl like she was my own. Her and my daughter were best friends. She was at my house all of the time. I think something should of been done to him also. She was the most precious little girl around. Very smart and respectful. I miss her every day and will continue to miss her. She is forever in my heart and mind.

I seen this accident happen and it was very sad how scared that little girl must of been to be on the back of that bike at such a high rate of speed. Her life was gone before she knew it and didnt even realize it. I think justice needs to be given to her. She did not deserve to miss the rest of her life because of her mother and stepfather's poor decision making. I think also that the mother should be charged with child endangerment for allowing that little girl to get on that bike. As for him he deserves to be put away. Why should he be free when she will never be here again to enjoy her young life.
