I can't believe anyone would try to put blame on the victim. She never asked for her kids lives to be screwed up by their dad shooting their mom and her boyfriend.

I am sorry for what happened too but I have been on both ends, I was beaten by ex husbands and I had them to screw around on me.( DO not know if she was screwing around on him as they could have been seperated fro who knows how long before she started seeing new dude) IT gives no one right to kill spouse or significant other because they are cheating or have filed for divorce etc. Do you think I should have killed my ex husbands for cheating?( no but If I would have killed them I probably would have gone to jail even tho I got e.p.os and stuck by the epos, I bet jury would not called it self defense on my part.)I snapped too but did not kill them.(THO I would NEVER go through that again and I DID put a gun to ex bfs head because he kicked my trailer door in and was trying to beat me. Luckily I had forgotten I had the safety on because of kids there, so when I pulled trigger it clicked)
She was not bothering him or beating him and didnt I read the divorce had just became final or am I confused about that? If so SHE was NOT shyt to him.
WHAT YOU are missing here tho is this HE KILLED an UNBORN CHILD! NO MATTER HOW PISSED he was at her or her fiance, he had NO right to kill a child. He should cut his loss and went on with his life.

I agree he shouldn't have done what he did and it makes me just as angry that he killed an innocent unborn child . What everyone doesn't know is that he did EVERYTHING for her to make her happy , and once she got what she wanted she tried to push him out of the picture . She tried to take away his kid's his home his money his job , she was out to take it all & leave him w/ nothing . How would you feel if the one person you loved more than anything took everyhting away from you and started a life w/ another person w/ your kid's , your home , your hard earned money ? He did so much for her and she was trying to push him out of the picture , but she still wanted his money ! She was cheating on him ! She was 7 months along when all this happend , they were still together when she got pregnant w/ Williams baby , Tony was fixed a long time ago that's y they adopted the 3 kid's , she wanted kid's & he couldn't have them so he did that for her , then she didn't want him to be in their lives anymore , she wanted William to be their dad & Tony said no to signing over his rights . Tony was NOT a bad guy , yes what he did was wrong I didn't say it wasn't and yes I wish things had turned out different , but what is done is done . It's a sad thing for all involved . R.I.P Cuz and HAPPY BIRTHDAY !

I don't know the story behind that but this much I do know my Ex-wife had an affair on me... She left me still lives with the guys she had the affair with on me she took all my money and half my rights away of my daughter. The fathers have rights he could have had custody of some sort still. Regardless I have had everything taken away from me and I just focused on loving my daughter and not getting revenge. Point is Tony made it up in his mind fine if I can't have you no one will.... greg you can kiss my ass ! you're right you didn't know Tony , you don't know what all she did to him . Their home was in Tony's name he paid for it , she wasn't taking away his visitation she was trying to keep him from being their father @ all because she was w/ William and she got everything she wanted from Tony so then she wanted to get rid of him . I used to think she was nice & a good person but before this happend her true colors started showing . He was wrong 4 what he did no doubt , but don't judge him one one thing he did , especially if you don't know him .

Crissy don't get me wrong I don't know Tony true.... and I didn't know Amy either for that matter I knew her 10 years ago who she became since then I have no idea.... but here is the facts I do know... I don't have to judge him he wrote his own judgement A. He killed 3 people, 1 completely innocent B he killed himself.... now there is one sin in this world God can't forgive and thats killing yourself not to mention killing 3 other people. I take it personal just like you do because I knew the party involved but to come on here and you did start this and saying how great he was and how he needs to rest in peace sorry the kids said he was doing sexual things to them any parent has to take action towards that kind of remark weither or not Tony did or didn't doesn't matter the kids was saying it and a responsible adult has to take action towards that kind of remark. Also lets just look at one more factor... a great father... okay I'm a father NO great father is going to want their kids to be without their family... those kids was adobted they already lost a family once now they lost their family again. Lastly lets look at the final outcome.... anyone that is so villant to break into someones home kill another person with their kids in that home doesn't desirve to be around those kids anyways so trying to keep a crazy bastard like that away from kids looks like it was the best call. A "man" (hard to call him a man real men isn't so selfish and evil) broke into your home your kids in next room GUNS a person down holds you hostage fear running through you you try to run and he chases you down and guns you down and is too scared to face his charges so kills himself like a pussy he is.... that is fact...People get divoiced everyday and I totaly agree doesn't matter anything else sexual misconduct with the kids did it happen was it a lie doesn't matter... point is this bastard was evil enough to do what he did he DID NOT desirve to be around innocent kids so that point enough is JUSTIFIED to trying to take the kids away. Greg you are intitled to your opinion but please stop saying rot in hell Tony and the other mean things you said , we are his family and we hurt just as much as anyone . Tony was not Evil or Wicked , he just snaped ! He was fine up until the night before this happend , he got a letter in the mail that finally sent him over the edge . He did NOT do anything wrong to the kid's , Amy took something totally out of contex , the boy's wanted to sleep w/ put their shirt on like he did , he told the girl he wouldn't make her feel left out , she could sleep w/out hers to , but she had to be in her room w/ the door shut . When Tony had the kid's from the time he got back to town until bed time he was @ his Mothers house . He was a great Father , took them to the Pavillion and park , normal places , I saw them together and they were happy w/ him . He didn't want things to happen like this he didn't sit around plotting this every day . He was trying to live a normal life and she wouldn't let him . So please have some respect for his family and keep your hurtful opinion to yourself .

So sad you are so hard headed that you don't see the evilness inside of this.... regardless if you don't want to hear negative remarks toward your "holy" family member don't start post on here blaming the victim keep your thoughts to yourself and you won't hear negative feedback about how he was a bastard. I don't care if he was the pope and as you say "snapped" the night before if he had and well its obvious he did have it in him to do this he did NOT desirve to be around kids of any kid. Lets say for arguement sake Amy was totally in the wrong every time he hit her while she was married to him it was her fault....A. Still doesn't give justic to kill her even more so killing the unborn child.... So she got preg., before the divorice who cares happens all the time you go on with life start over.... Point is the divorice started cause Tony wanted out.... He changed his mind.... during the time the was seperated Amy moved on.... Tony wanted her back... she moved on.... The obvious act here no matter how you spell it out Tony decided if I can't have her no one else will and ill take out an innocent child while im at it as well.
