Wow, you guys are sickening. Camm is clearly innocent. All evidence suggest Boney was the one who committed the murders. Pretty sad how an innocent man was sentenced to murder due to the terrible court systems in Indiana. The prosecution brought up false evidence, and claims of hate on Camm. Where as Camm had a working alibi, and evidence he didn't commit murder. On top of that, there was no evidence at all he molested his daughter.

At this point, they appear to remain unanswered.
Thank you.
Post #4 is a fantastic place to find some answers, also, there are several other really good points about the facts in this case throughout the justice for camm post. You should go on that post and check it out. You will find Elizabeth H, Gabs and Krissy to be very good at giving any info you need. Everyone of their posts are informative. Check it out

Don't forget the 'taste of Brad's blood in his mouth' that he got from supposedly giving CPR, but oddly enough there was no blood in Brad's mouth. Oh and the mountain of forensic evidence that all the cammies like to ignore, or try to dispute because they watch CSI and think they are experts.

Let me clarify...I am talking about referring to Post #4 on this thread....Its from re-elect Conway......it's pretty good reading. It answers a lot of the questions the Camm Fan Club likes to ask, but won't except.

There are no deep concerns. That fker is guilty (twice). End of story.
I agree. And, he will be found Guilty the third time too--the evidence is all there.

Prosecutors should be hung by the nads for this ****. Moreover, any sort of a third trial violates at least the spirit of the constitutional injunction against double jeopardy.

I agree. He shouldn't have ever got a second trial, let alone a third one.

camm was framed & the real killer is the lying opportunist who was spared the death sentence for implicating camm.

the investigation on this was completely botched. investigators made up their minds camm did it then looked for anything they could twist into "proof." the spirit of the law is to allow the evidence to lead you to the criminal.

the truth is that they just couldn't think of who else might have done it... so rather than being thorough & actually running DNA they went with percentages - the father who had a tiny bit of blood on his shirt from contact. it wasn't up his sleeve or in any place that ONLY blowback could be.

the investigators made statements like they thought camm was guilty because he didn't step in the blood. i think even i, as a regular citizen, would be conscientious of not disturbing a crime scene... much less a FORMER COP?

this is basically all they had to go on. the blood "evidence" is a joke considering who gave it. & how do they ignore camm's solid alibi, while not even bothering to check out boney's before clearing him? why is it that the southern & small town prosecutors are always the ones that, when their prime suspect is proven to be innocent (or starts to look very much so), keep adjusting their "theory" of the crime, over & over to include additional people who can't even be linked to that person... rather than having an open mind & realizing that they could actually be WRONG?

i still can't believe the people saying camm molested his child, when the ME said it occurred around the time of her death or within 4 hours - a time when camm didn't have access to her - but many other people did, including the psycho sex offender who killed her.

but she also could have hurt herself on a bike or any number of things.(if i recall correctly it was a blunt force injury, meaning it could have come from play. i accidentally injured myself pretty bad a few times as a child & even a couple times as an adult doing normal, everyday activities.)

if the investigators would have done their JOBS & actually INVESTIGATED & not chosen to play favorites with boney - providing him details to incorporate into his statements so that he could incriminate camm & save himself from the death penalty, PERHAPS the VICTIMS & their families would have seen JUSTICE properly SERVED.

The fact that you're a klutz doesn't mean she wasn't molested. Stop blaming the little girl pervert

Personally, I do not care what you believe or care to read your lengthy boring articles. You aren't even from America--you are from England so it seems funny you think you know so much about the American justice system. I don't think you know what you are doing. Clean your own doorstep before you start on mine-at least I am an American.

there are a lot of things that cant be brought out because of whatever legal red tape it all got caught in BUT if you talk to any of the officers involved and learn just some of this stuff you KNOW he is guilty. we can only pray that this third jury isnt bullied by cammies...that or someone just puts him out of everyones misery before the trial

I agree with you 100%.His family will try to bully the Judge and the jury--they did that down in Warrick County. It would be great if someone puts him out of everyone's misery. I am so sick of Camm I could scream. He kills 3 people and gets by with it and someone with a marijuana charge gets more time than he does. I hate to see Kim's family go through this a third time. Prayers for the Renns and Karems and HOPEFULLY, Camm goes back to prison for the rest of his life.

I believe he is innocent until proven guilty. where is the 'proof'? really, i want to know, if he IS guilty, then i certainly don't want to support him, but from everything that i have seen and read...he is still within that 'shadow of a doubt'... prove to me he did it, and i'll volunteer to 3233drive him to death row myself!
