How about the tried and true method of the best candidate gets the job regardless of race, creed, color, or gender. What the Justice Resource Center wants IS discrimination that conforms with their beliefs.

First things first. It's come to light recently that J-Town's hiring practices are deficient when it comes to backround investigations. Lets fix that first.
