Wis. man sentenced for crash that killed his twin
Saint Paul, MN

More info please.....
Why was he acquitted of the vehicular homicide charges that he faced.?
What was his blood alchohol level?
If he had three previous DWI.......why was he allowed to have a fourth?
Not to sound mean, but I bet you that his Mom, Dad and family just loves him to pieces right now.
Mr. Garlock it was a tragic lesson to learn, but have you learned anything?
Drinking and Driving NEVER mixes.

How many people will this man have to kill before he is given serious jail time? This tragedy could have been avoided with stiffer penalties for drunk driving. Unfortunately he will have to live with the guilt of killing his brother for the rest of his life. May God have mercy on his soul.

Why was he allowed to have a fourth? That question doesn't make sense.
