Jefferson, South Dakota Man Electrocuted on Farm

A tragic accident on a farm claimed the life of a Siouxland man this weekend. Union County officials say they got a call about an accident around 10 Saturday morning.

It really hits home when something this horrible happens to someone you know. I graduated with Ruben in one of the smallest classes at Jefferson. When I heard the news, I just had to pull out some old yearbooks and remember his laugh, his smile. Jessica (his wife) is a wonderful person and with the strength of her many friends and beautiful children, I pray that she will be able to get through this. May God be with the entire Chicoine family.

How Sad this is! Not only for the Widow of Reuben but for the entire community! He was one good hard working Man. He loved His family and was taken out of this world LONG before he should of! I Can only Ask for ALL who will mourn His loss to Pray for Strenth ~for his Wife and Children to make it threw this time.
