It figures Chartock would think 'Asleep At The Wheel' Olver is doing a good job. He still doesn't even know his district.

What? Barrack Obama has done something that Mr Chartock disapproves of? Oh, the horror! But wait, Mr Chartock is telling us that Chuck Schumer made him do it.

What a relief! The POTUS was manipulated by the evil Schumer and is not responsible for his own actions. Thanks, Mr Chartock. I feel much better knowing that you think the President is a wimp.

Too bad that neither Chartok nor his wife never had a REAL job. They both fed at the governmnent trough for years, and made a career of living off the taxpayer.

Chartock knows that Mass will lose a seat. He is trying to get us out here to accept O'neil as being a good guy and that we should vote for him. (The robots out here will anyway.)

And of course the Ultra-Leftist Mr. Chartock makes no mention that Rep. Richard Neal of Springfield is yet another hack Liberal Democrat.

But the funniest quote coming out of this week's name-dropper from the miniature ex-professor, whose whole life has been based on feeding at the public trough, is this one:
"Obama is a symbol of doing the right thing and staying out of the political gutter."
Now that's rich!

Once again Chartock uses his name dropping, "he/she is so wonderful" routine to attempt to link his name with that of someone who matters.
I try to listen to Morning Addition whenever possible. But @ 9am its time to change the station to avoid Alan's BLA-BLA-BLA. Thank God for the Glenn Beck Program.

It would be informative to know just how many actually tune into WAMC weekdays from 12 Noon to 3 PM during Rush Limbaugh's program.
Would it be generous to say 'zero'?

I listen to the news on WAMC during lunch. So, I guess your answer is at least 1.

I'm usually working, so I don't listen to anything.

If your point is that more people listen to Limbaugh than WAMC, that would seem obvious enough. Limbaugh is national and WAMC is semi-local.

If your point is that nothing worthwhile is on WAMC, I would think you should listen to something other than Chartock to form your opinion. If all they had on was Chartock, noone would listen. Thistle & Shamrock is a good show. Car Talk is also pretty interesting. This American Life also has some interesting segments every now and then. When in the mood for jazz, there aren't too many other stations to tune in.

Let's stick to comparing apples to apples.
Between 12 Noon and 3 PM weekdays in all of WAMC's radio markets, how many actually listen to WAMC versus how many listen to Limbaugh?
Given that WAMC always refuses to release its audience numbers (for fear of losing underwriters), I think the answer is pretty obvious.
