they don't mention anything about the students' prior track record. Based on my own experience with kids, I'm willing to bet the students responsible didn't necessarily do this as a fun joke. I'd bet it was done with much more of a vindictive intent. In that case, they deserve the expulsion....though maybe not criminal charges.
Oh come on think about it now. The students invovled meeting up in other classes or in the lunch room all cracking up over their teachers constant potty trips is priceless lol.

For our senior prank, the night before graduation we stole all the for sale signs in front of houses in Audubon and put them on the football field where graduation was to take place the next day lol !! School workers had to take them all down and then figure out where to put them then the front office had to call all the realtors to come get them then the realtors had to figure out where they go back to LOLOLOL

I'm sorry you lived such a boring life as a teenager that you never committed a harmless prank against anyone. It's not like drain clearner was put in the cupcakes.*rolls her eyes*
Unlike Bonnie who's teenage years consisted mostly of eating Ho-Ho's and Ring Dings while watching Gilligan's Island reruns and filling out her application for tractor trailer driver school.

Her 20's consisted of being the slightly over weight f*g hag of all her gay friends. There was many a weekend where she debated over going to the gay bars or simply staying home, ordering two pizzas and listening to GREASE on the stereo.

This was not a prank. If any of the teachers were taking prescription medicine for an illness, there could have been serious/deadly results.

You know I think you're actually secretly in love with me and it's difficult for you to say it so you're disguising it with all this nastiness. It's soooooooooo obvious. LOLOL

We have teachers & coaches screwing their students and the see nothing wrong with it. But a couple of quick witted smart students give a couple of teachers a little somthing to ease there uptightness and you weould think they had brought a backpack to school or somthing. Good Grief, what are we coming to next chop out their tounges if they dare to chew gum in class.

people should not be so greedy to want to eat everyhting that they see. so what they saw cupcakes in the teachers lounge nobody told them to eat them. some of the teachers probably didnt need to be eating the cupcakes anyway. people are always making something out of nothing. expell these kids for what you have teachers molesting children for years and sometimes it dosent even make they news they keep it a hush hush, for now on the teachers or anyone for that matter should just turn down food. everything is not meant to be eating greedy asses

This really was not a prank no matter how much you may be laughing. If there were any allergies to the ingredients in the laxative, the results could have been life threatening.

A prank is something that, while it may be annoying, does not endanger anyone.

A few people on this post need some of the special cupcakes to loosen up...

It was a harmless little prank. We all have done harmless little stuff like this when we were kids. They were not being vindictive or mean. They just wanted a good laugh.

They should not be expelled or face any criminal charges.

If you must punish them, make them clean the bathrooms for a week or something. That is punishment enough. Teenagers do not like to do extra chores or no chores at all for that matter.

Lighten up people. I personally thought this was hilarious!
