It must be nice to be in a position where you can judge others! I wonder if God knows that He had the day off? Trust me that poor kid is going to punish herself much more than anyone or anything else ever could. Try offering prayers or silence...not judgment.

It is very difficult to be silent when a family member has been killed. If you do not know the story do not make to comments. Turst me I am praying for both of them.

Let me tell you what position would be nice, go back to 11/29/06 at 3:25 am and none of this would have happened. NOW THAT WOULD BE NICE, TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!

Now maybe we can both pray for them.

Don't be too quick to rush to judgment. We do not know the facts yet, for their were NO eyewitnesses to the event. Be patient and pray for the truth to be known.

there were actually 5 witnesses to the accident. One who saw her flee the accident without even seeing if he was injured. He chased her which led to her being caught

What will it take to get through to society that alcohol and driving is distructive?
I know that if the driver could have forseen a mothers grief of lossing her precious son, she would have thought twice about driving on that fateful night.
Lives have been changed forever. Saddness
Through Our Lord Jesus Christ the family (ies)will make it through. I will continue to pray. I invite other to also.

Mary, I am close to the family. And like you, I am in pain as well. You are not the only one who wishes that this had never happened. Painful as it may be, it still doesn't give you the right to pass judgement. Yelling at me or chastizing someone else fails to make things right again. Don't make things worse! Prayers, on the other hand, could only help the situation.

the girl made a choice to get in her car drunk and drive. The boy who was killed had no choices.
