With the issues of financial shortfalls abound in Jefferson I wonder where The City Manager is. All last month I attempted to reach Mr. Ward. I left messages and sent emails. Not one phone call was returned and I have come to the conclusion the city does not use email because I never received a reply. Ignoring residents is not a way to avoid problems. I suggest Mr. Ward find the time to answer the phone, return messages and learn how to use a computer. It is a sign of complete disrespect to handle people the way Ward has been doing. Mr. Ward needs lessons on how to be a city manager.

Hell I have been looking for him to. If you find him please post where, when, how to get in touch with him. I quit sending emails and making phone calls some time ago.
