LOL ! Another "Amerikan" wants a business to remove one of its products !

Would Adolf Hitler make those kinds of demands ?

Who is destroying our freedom ? The seller of swastika earings or the person who demands the earings be removed from sale ?

Should guns be banned from sale in NYC ?

Shortly after the Soviet Union fell, a US university art museum put on a show of "people's art" from the USSR, saying it was important to preserve these efforts by workers. It also said that this was the alternative to our "commercial art".

The "swastika" (Sanskrit for "that which is harmonious") is an ancient Indian symbol of the eternal cycle of life.

You got a problem with that?

Would they have complained if it was "hammer and sickle" earrings?

It looks like Bloomberg is ordering his super secret SS 'citizens' to conduct firearms investigations that keeps the NYPD in the dark, sounds Hitlerish.

NEWTOWN, Conn., Aug. 1 /U.S. Newswire/-- The National Sports Shooting Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, said today that the proposed settlement between New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and two of 15 federal firearms licensed gun dealers targeted by Bloomberg in a federal lawsuit was redundant to existing federal regulatory oversight and joint educational programs between the firearms industry and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Bloomberg has had an adversarial relationship with the ATF. In announcing his lawsuit in May, he claimed ATF "was asleep at the switch" and not doing its job. Bloomberg ordered sting operations to be conducted at 45 dealers without notifying either ATF or the New York Police Department. In the proces, the mayor's operations interfered with as many as 18 ongoing federal investigations, jeopardizing the lives of undercover law enforcement officers and witnesses.

"We call upon Mayor Bloomberg to support ATF rather than continually insulting the agency and interfering with its ability to do its job," said Keane. "Regrettably, Mayor Bloomberg seems more interested in making headlines than real progress."

quote: ""Let me be clear -- a swastika is not a fashion statement," Stringer said in a statement to FoxNews.com . "It is the most hateful symbol in our culture, and an insult to any civilized person."

must be alot of UNcivilized people out there.
the store sold out of the earrings....

stringer should spend more time trying to find the people who are firebombing temples and rabbi's homes, rather than who is selling earrings that might or might not offend people.

There is a medieval synogogue in Spain. The decorations on the borders of the walls are swastikas.

Tell Bloom-bug to go to Spain and chisel them off. The Jews in Spain never did.

After Amerikanos demand you can't do this and you can't do that and you can't sell this or you can't sell that, or if you do, you have to sell it this way or else, then they wonder why Businesses move to foreign countries that don't have the high taxes or the millions of self defeating REGULATIONS.

Amerikans hate YOUR Bill of Rights. They think the Bill of Rights makes us less safe from the common criminal. The truth is the Bill of Rights was supposed to keep us safe from the worst criminal of them all (GOVT).

so been there for years and some sniveling little snit wants to make a name for himself cant do with his petty malpractice so every few years he creates a furor over something that is really none of his business
there are swastikas all over the place, hell the US supreme court still uses 2 giant fascist symbols and the swastika was one the ww1 frost marines expeditionary patch with born to raise hell, it was also on the 45th infantry patch right up until pearl harbor, I wonder why this scum bag lawyer hasn't raised hell about the fact that every single woman 5 to 90 was raped by the Russian army and No one was ever prosecuted for it. Not one of the political murders the soviets engaged in was prosecuted, did you know about the Rhine meadows concentration camps run by Eisenhower after the war ended where he starved the German pows to death, even issued orders to shoot to kill woman and children who tried to throw food and water over the fence.
plenty of swastikas here flagdealer.com , if you look up Francis bellamy the author of the pledge of allegiance you will be amazed to see that the right arm salute was the official salute that matched the original pledge.

This is impinging on freedom of speech. Swastika should be a symbol hateful to civilized people?

Civilized people don't hate and are smart enough to know symbols mean different things to different people. For Asians this is a holy symbol.
