So all you so called MEN out there go ahead, make all the babies you want. You all just proove who the real stronger of the sex is.Us women can handle raising kids on our own for years but you guys cant handle writing a check. Wonder if you can wipe you own a**?

If you really want help...with persistence and going back to family court, over and over will get you justice. Do it, don't wine about it

HA!!! HA!!! HA!!!
You r 2 funny!!!!
Have you ever been to family court??!! The laughing stock of the court system.
One of YOUR Essex County Judges let my ex walk in & out of court no fewer than 7 times from 2008-2009 without paying one penny or serving even 1 day.
I have been trying to use the system to get justice for over 10 years with no results.Currently he is behind in his Child Support in excess of $101,700.00!!
I have written letters to my Congressional Representatives, Senators, Governors, State Child Support Offices and every other official I could think of with the same result - NOTHING!
So take your attitude & stick it!
No whining here - just trying to get justice done

you actually have to go back every six months until they get sick of seeing you or until you piss a judge off enough! Does he work???? Anyway for you to attach his taxes??? Have you had a lawyer to help??? If not, obviously you need someone's help to cut through the bull....you are probably eligible for legal aid. I don't know what you have or haven't done, but I know in some cases (unfair as it is) have to fight twice as hard to get the help. I know it takes a lot of persistence. Have you used the Essex County Child Support Unit for help??? There has to b more u can do. I know it is sickening and disgusting...it is so ridiculous. But keep on kicking ofor your babies

My kids are the ONLY reason i contine to fight.
Unfortunately, the Essex Co NY system "cant talk to me" because "I live out-of-state".
Screwed up! It's my case but they can only speak with reps from NJ Child Support. But NJ can't hep because he lives in NY
Ironic! & idiotice!
Although I continue to fight, both States have told me the same thing - "If HE doesn't want to pay, there is nothing we can do"
I have been so persistent that Case managers have asked me to be dropped from their case load. OMG State Employees might actually have to work!
Bottom line is the system doesnt want to do any more that bare minimum and is shows.

Can't the Support Unit in NJ force him into court?? NY state does, even if they live out of state. If they don't show...usually there is a warrant out for them. It really sucks...it really does.

O HAVE IT BEEN TRYING!!!!!!
I get the standard answer, since he is a NY resident it is up to NY to enforce but since i'm a NJ resident I have little to no rights in NY. All I can do is continue to call my NJ case manager, who calls NY who has even tried to drop my case because "it's too difficult"
Thats one thing i will NOT allow to happen.
I have become a royal PITA by fighting for whats right
YIPPY, just found out he actually has a job!!!! Let the games begin (again)

I wish I knew who this was. I'd go after him myself. I hate to see kids screwed out of their rightful support. But, you have custodial parents that take that money and use it for things other than the children. Sad as it is, it happens. As such the court systems have to be careful. However, your case sounds a little slanted and I'm thinking something isn't being totally told here on this forum.
I've been down this road myself in Franklin County and so have several of my friends.
As far as making babies goes, it takes two. Unless you were raped you were a willing participant and must assume 50% of the responsibility. I've also known women who rely solely on support to maintain THEMSELVES. Sort of like their income. This isn't right either. The parent who has the kids still needs to get out and work. I'm not saying you don't but I've seen many that sit on their duffs and support is their only income.
I wish you luck - honestly. The system sucks but it's all we have. Legal Aid may be able to help. If nothing else, you can have his paycheck attached and put a lean on anything he owns, including his tax rebates at the end of the year.
You need more help that you're going to get on this forum.
Take care of those kids. And quit having anymore for God's sakes.

Get off your preaching high horse!!!!
Why do all you holier-than-thou people think all women do is have babies?!?! or be raped?!?
Simle fact is MEN CAN'T CONTROL THEIR DICKS!!!
If they could they would certainly support the babies they make!!!
This DEADBEAT scum and you have no idea what it's like to work fulltime, raise kids alone full-time, maintain a home on a single income full-time
The court system is run by simple-minded a*@es like you who think the smarter of the gender can't function without you. NEWSFLASH - WE DO BETTER WITHOUT YOU.
The sad part is the kids need 2 parents (well, not really)
