They are 3 star hotels compared to other countries prisons. Quit bitching about how bad they are, these are jails, for people who gave up their rights by deciding to do wrong. So sad, but you get what you deserve.

I fully agree. I myself spent one night in jail over a misunderstanding. Believe me it was no picnic. There are people out there who live and survive in worse conditions than what jailed people live in. We need to look at helping to improve their living conditions instead of a criminals living conditions. A criminal had their choice and they choose to end up in jail so live with it.

Little do you know...educate yourself....If we want people "So called criminals"to make a change in society then who are we to judge..... Yes they make a decision...is it a sound judgment decision, when under the influence of drugs or etc? Think again...one day it just might hit your own home with your so called perfect kids "If any" then what then ? Regardless of conditions that a criminal live in "They still have rights" I have worked in the system...and one thing I keep in mind,,,they are human...and jobs are their for us...We can not abuse our authority...yet give respect and conduct yourself in the up most respect professional matter....when day with out even knowing someone might make a difference from past lifes problem....so think about it...Yes their are people who live and survive in worse conditions...because they have no choice....and wants you get to know a criminal mind...the time is their to enforce the rules and regulations they have been provided with. I hope you never will have a family member who will get into some serious problems or a daughter and son who just might fall in love with an ex inmate.....do not be quick to judge.
