First of all, I'm NOT sorry that I went running on your bike trail the other day with my dog. Second of all, I'm aware of the ordinance that dogs are not permitted (except for seeing eye dogs which could be even more of a hazard) on the trail by Palmer Park from May 15 - September 15. Third, I don't think it is your responsibility to "inform me of the rules" unless you are a park ranger or the police. FYI, I'll move over onto the grass and keep a safe distance at all times and I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself and my dog while looking out for your safety, so please keep your cranky mouth shut. If you really feel the need to say something about me breaking some rule, then tell the authorities and have them deal with me. Your hollering at me for running on the bike trail for a distance of less than half a mile with my dog just makes me want to do it more often out of spite. There should be another sign posted for people like you that says "No jerks".
