What a shame that their dealings with Greene Twp. has soured the Fiskett's on the area, and PA in general. I can see how the bullying and disrespect of the locals could make a new resident feel that way. I have a four-year plan to get out of here myself.

First let me say that I agree with Hunter. If you don't like it here move somewhere else but please check the area and move in where there are others with your attitude so as not to mess up another neighborhood.

Now, to the point of this post. Do I see a connection here with the State Budget and all townships paying for this? Now,$300,000.00 may not sound like much but with 66 counties and bunches of townships @$300,000 per that really adds up.

I wonder if, just because "it's there and someone else will get it if we don't take it" makes it fiscially responsible?

Tax, Take, and all repay. Meeting "People needs" is one thing this is quite another. If the people of the Township want it why not let them pay for it?

Here is an example of $300,000 that could be cut out of the State budget.
Multiply that times the many municipalities and you get a large amount of dollars which could be better spent on drug and child programs.

It is a shame that the Fiskells have been treated so roughly by "King Charles " Jamison aka garbage truck man. They are the kind of people that we need here. It is unfortunate that they chose Greene Township in which to seek their dream. Another good example of "brain drain" from an already impoverished sink.

Because unlike the corn-pone locals, when I take on a commitment, I see it through, regardless of the fact it turns unpleaseant and more difficult due to a bunch of closed-minded, bar-loving straw chuckers.

Good idea let's purchase this place and tear it down to make room for another Ball Field.

I'm sure you're the cream of the crop and above the level of everyone else...please don't lump a few redneck's actions as the mentality and social level of everyone in C-burg and Pennsylvania as a whole. No matter where you choose to live, there is going to be their share of rotten apples. Good luck to ya!

It is a shame that the Fiskett's are choosing to leave the area. Those of us who own exotic brids are losing a great avain vet, and a fellow bird enthusist!

Greene Twp supervisors and its attorney have joined the big-spending politicians everywhere else. Get some "free" money from Harrisburg and spend on. If they need office space, build office space. Got to be less expensive than rennovating something built as a private residence. Better yet, just fire a few folks or tell them to take their computer home and work on the stuff there.

Our supervisors have become delusional big spenders. Time to get rid of them

You people will pay your taxes and shut your mouths. We will build our mansion and re-introduce exotic birds to Greene township.

Our baseball fields generate millions annually for the township. You ingrates will be paddled if you don't fall in line.
