Why shouldn't it? I don't give two craps about studies, research etc. When a woman has child she usually becomes about 60-70% of the employee she was prior to pregnancy. I don't have children. My business is my baby. I never hire a woman in any sort of critical position because I know once the kid comes, she wants more time and more money while giving less to my organization. I know you mothers will come with the pitchforks, but I've seen it firsthand.

He'd be stupid to put it there because the libs will be there with a discrimination lawsuit. The most effective hiring policies are kept QUIET. Let those "demographics" wonder why they didn't get the job.
