The man that hit mr taubert has been pickd up by the law several times and he would be slapped on the wrist n turnd loose and it is sincless a good mans life was taken bcause our da like to make deals with druggies
This was a senseless tragedy that should not have happened. Ervin Taubert was a nice, honest, hard working man just trying to make a living. minding his own business and then this dope head/drunk who has been arrested multiple times is DWI and now a man is dead and the druggie is back on the street. Something needs to be done!!!!!! Who will be next? It may be you or me!!!!!!! This is scary!!!!!! Should he not be charged with vehicular homicide among other things?

I heard there was another bad wreck in Clarkrange just a few hours ago. does anyone have any information.
I drove through that wreck, on my way home from work. It was a nasty one! There were tons of rescue workers, fire trucks, ambulances, state troopers, police, etc. Oh, and the chopter had landed too. Further than that, I know nothing else.

He was also in jail prior to the accident and had only been released about two hours before this happened.

Ervin was a good man and he will sadly be missed and forever me loved. There is no doubt in my mind that he is in heaven with his cousin dwight who passed just 6 weeks prior to ervin. i'm sure that together they have fixed all that needed to be fixed and every field has been worked in heaven. Our family has suffered to tragic and unnecessary losses in a very short period of time and while our grieving is still fresh and hard to deal with we are rest assured that our loved ones are in heaven and we will see them again.

John Turner was the other driver, he hadnt been out of jail for only a few days or so, when this happenned. hes a local junkie that as was said before, gets picked up and slapped on the wrist then let back loose... hes habitual dui offender and been picked on dope charges more times than I can count.
now hes faceing 8-20 years...
what I dont understand is why does it always take someone getting killed to get this crap off the streets.
that really pees me off.

my heartfelt prayers go out for the taubert family. sorry for your loss, I know my family and our church and its members will be praying for you all. take care and God Bless

Prayers and condolences for the Taubert Family. Ervin was a good man and will be sadly missed.

As for the useless sack of flesh that caused this. He is no more guilty than the frauds and crooks we have in our county Govt and court system that are part of the money racket that protects the big dope running thugs AKA local businessmen in this county and surrounding counties. When are the Fentrss County folks going to get some balls and run these crooks, sons of crooks, corrupt lawyers, and the friends of known drug traffickers out of the court systems and take back their county??

Fentress County is one of the most corrupt, "good ole Boy" ran counties in the state. if the common citizen knew a tenth of the corruptness that exists n their court house they would storm the doors and run these idiots out of town for good.
