I own a flower shop and he called {on a saturday evening} and ordered a DZ roses for his girlfriends birthday to be delivered to Monterey High school before 10:00 a.m. on monday and said he would be there monday at 3:30 when he got off work to pay for them, the phone number he gave me,was registered to a Allison Cook, but they never would answer it or return my messages now its been unhooked,,I talked to the girl he sent the roses to and she didn"t know him that well had only talked to him a few times and they broke up that evening,{my luck} so i guess he thought if the roses didn't work then he would not have to pay,,all she could tell me was that he moved here about 2-years ago from Ohio and he was about 19-20 yrs old,,,not much to go on I know,,,but its like this i had just bought this business about 6-months ago and when i'm not there the phone rings into my cell, we were coming back from Bristol,TN that evening when he called and my friend was taking down all the info cause i was driving,she took him at his word to come-by and pay so she didn't ask for a credit or debit card which we do, but it was just a fluke i guess i just have to learn from my mistakes, but with times as hard as they are and me just getting started i can't afford to lose much....

Has kevin listed as a relative, and kevin cook does have a mother on e deer lodge , but this could be a different set of cook's, so use your own judgement!
