Why be concerned with how much jail time he will serve?
The people that made the arrest are nothing more than theives and robbers! They take payoffs everyday from drug dealers, bootleggers etc.....
Shouldn't they be in jail too?
This country is screwed up!... An officer of the law should not be allowed to make an arrest when they are doing the same things,AND WORSE!....
There are no morals anymore...When leaders are just as bad as anyone else where is the respect.
Anyone who respects officials like we have nowdays are mear idiots....
Heck, they would raid your house and take all your sweet possesions if they were given half a chance...Don't be too quick to put the counties finest on a pedistal....They are evryone liers and theives....

If you play ...you have to pay! And what goes around usually comes around! If you spend your life being dishonest then it will come back to you...if not in this life then the next!! And it is not just the sherriff's department that is corrupt....look at the Judge's offce and DA's office and the clerk's office and the local lawyers...I think they decide who wins before they even go to court!! Whose turn is it to win today?? Don't worry Lawyer one....no one is putting any of you guys on a pedestal!!

He has not walked away from anything. He has lost everything that he has.Chuckie was not his fried,he was friends with his brother.Timmy is still facing 15 years, has not been tried yet. When he is he will face his punishment, and will not blame anyone. How can you say he walked away.Timmy is not in jail now becouse his wife, family, and friends love him enough to raise the money to get him out.and some people have been caught cooking dope and just got a slap on the hand and nothing else. One person was even caught with a stolen gun from nashville evadence room and dident get shit.

So what if he lost his home. This man worked his ass off for years to get his home. He never asked for food stamps or anything like that.He has helped people her when they needed it,and never asked for anything in return. He knows that he did wrong, and will do what he has for doing so.Just becouse a man fucked up once he should lose everything;bullshit. Everything the law took from him was not bought with drug money either.Like his pocket knives, he has collected them for 30 years.Everyone who know him know this, even our upstanding sheriff Chuckie Cravens. His tools, what man you know doesnt have a set of tools in his home. His house was bought long befor he started the drug thing. He got it when his wife was taking cancer treatments. At that time he was working doing sheetrock work.Chuckie knows that also. So becouse he fucked up once him and his wife should be thrown out in the streets. So when are you going to be kicked out of your home, becouse Im sure you have fucked up once in your lifetime.

The only thing I did in my life that was a fuck up was to think a boy by the name of Ronald Gunter actually loved me. He told me we were gonna get married and I being a dumb teenage believed him. I traded my virginity for a minor STD.(HPV 50% of sexually active Americans have it) I'd be well now if I hadn't spend years working at a convenice store and running my health into the ground trying to balance work and school. I thank the Lord everyday for my husband and the friends I had soon after Ronald did what he did. I thank the Lord for my family. And I thank the Lord for the learning experience I had.

It takes one mistake to fuck your life up. Thank god I experienced my mistake while still in my 20s.

Now since he has not gone to trial. Why in the hell are they going after him so harshly? Why don't they go after some of these people who do this time and time again? Like Karen (Roysden) Crabtree, she was one drugs for years and they let her go every time. Finally they took her kids from her. But do you think she has straightened up....NO.

IF Timmy had been provided for as well as these crackheads we have out on the street...He wouldn't have to sell drugs. Same with a lot of people who turn to selling drugs.

I think a quote from Utopia by Sir Thomas More is appropriate to some up what is going on in this county.

“If you do not find a remedy to these evils, it is a vain thing to boast of your severity in punishing theft; which, though it may have the appearance of justice, yet in itself is neither just nor convenient: for, if you suffer your people to be ill educated, and their manners to be corrupted from their infancy, and then punish them for those crimes to which their first education disposed them, what else is to be concluded from this, but that you first make thieves and then punish them?”

Law enforcement should remain more confidential about this case until it goes to trial. No one has been found guilty of anything, despite grandstanding language and drama.
BTW, Librarian, HPV is as common as you cited, but it is not a "minor STD" just because it's tragically epidemic. It can lead to cervical cancer. It sounds as though you are one of the lucky women who saw a doctor early and received treatment. But any young woman reading this post should strongly consider asking her doctor for the HPV vaccine.(Or as a parent, you can have your daughter immunized.) It can save her life, and at the least, it can provide reassurance that she will never have to deal with HPV complications.

Shouldn't this man be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do you think everything that is printed in the fentress county courier is true, and that everything on the local news channels is true? Hell No. On the news Chucky Cravens said" Now those drugs won't be in the hands of our children." As well as Chucky knows the accused and his family, He oughta have his ass kicked for that statement. He knows just as well as I and anyone else that know the accused that He would kick somebody's ass if he thought someone was giving something like that to a kid. He is the most kind hearted person I know on the face of the planet.Everyone thinks that just cause the police bust somebody that they are automatically proven guilty and wanna know how much time they are gonna serve. That makes you more of a low down piece of sobby trash than anything else. What can Diana McKinney's comment prove? That people like her are nothing but blooming idiots. They don't just from the goodness of their heart let friends out like they are Paris Hilton or something. If you make bail then they have to let you out. It's definitely a big screwed up mess though. If everyone here knew the whole story, and new the accused as well as you think you know him, and knew the sherrif just as well also, you eventually figure it all out. Anybody that thinks he should spend time before you have even let it go to trial, post your name and number up here and i'll come kick your fockin' a$$ for ya. And I also want to make sure the jury on this case is not just a group of vigilanties trying to hang him. So if you think your a badass enough and think the accused in this case is a bad guy and needs to spends time. Put up your name and number and your a$$ is good as kicked.
Ignorance is bliss and denial is not a river in Egypt. You apparently have trouble of your own. Have you ever considered getting help. Old School has your number. I personally voted for and support Chucky Cravens. He has done more to help clean Fentress Co. up than anyone in a long time. Maybe Fentress Counties finest will come knocking on your door soon. Oh but there is not a law against being stupid, but I would bet that they would be able to find something illegal going on. Tambourine Man, oh by the way, Bob Dylan's "Tambourine Man" was a drug dealer. Any connection? You sound all big and bad, but I challange you to tell Chucky Cravens this to his face. Theres scum and then there is the dregs of society and that is what this man is and you for taking up for him. I will pray for you. Go wieh God.

I mean that HPV is a minor STD in the fact that it doesn't cause as much damage in most cases. Some strains can cause Cervical Cancer and some can cause warts. Many men and women who get the disease do not even know they have it and for many people HPV goes away on its own. However, a weak immune system and an unbalanced lifestyle (drinking, drugs, improper nutrition, and smoking) can cause the disease to "hang around." So in comparison with other STDs it is minor. Women can be checked at their yearly Pap Smears and cryo therapy is used to remove the abnormal cells. Some women choose to have a complete hysterectomy if the disease does not go away. My OB/GYN said that in most cases the disease is caught right away and treatment is successful.

In fentress county tennessee there are more laws broken in the court house every day by the county law/officials than all the criminals in the county break in a week
