Would you buy a casket from Wal-mart? The prices are cheaper than the funeral homes.

I think it's a great idea. The prices are much cheaper than Mundy's and Jenning's.

You would probably have to purchase it in advance, unless they had super sonic delivery.

Where would you store a casket? In the garage next to the mini-van?

One of their cardboard boxes would do me fine. I never saw the need in spending $7000 for something to put in the ground, never to be seen again.

There are reports of unclaimed dead in morgues around the country. Many people just can't afford to bury their dead. Wal-Mart as usual finds the niche and fills it.
I wonder where the coffins are made?

Heck yah I'd buy one, considering I could get it quickly in a pinch! Did you all know that in Kentucky, all funeral expenses are tax free?....funeral service, casket, tomb, tombstone, etc. I could just drive up to Monticello and pick one up at Wally Word tax free!!!! WooHoo!

I heard on the news in detroit there were 20 unclaimed bodies and the city didnt have enough money to bury them so they were in the morgue for days until something could be done.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Sagittarius

Slow down! You're trying to do too much and it's driving you - and everyone else - up the wall. What's more, if you're in too much of a hurry you'll start to become accident-prone and that will make you even more het up. Try to take any setbacks or domestic mishaps in your stride, otherwise you'll end the day feeling like a nervous wreck.
