don't even bother trying to have a reasonable dialouge with nakedlobo. he was busted with 1/2 pound of pot and served time and now he cries all day long about how unjust and unfair the laws are. he'll spew BS about this and that and never understand that he needs to write his congressmen to cry about everthing from the Constitution to his being stigmatized because he is a criminal (I'd use the term "ex-con" but he still uses and thus....is a criminal). Bottom line, the guy is a MORON!

So, yes, pot is still illegal (according to the Federal Government). So, performing an illegal act makes one a scumbag? What about speeding? How about driving a car without a seatbelt? How about not filing your taxes?
