We'll if there are people buying new cars while on welfare, it's a problem. This cash assistance takes up to 45 days to get from your first orientation(after taking a tabe test)-directly from applying for it, you must have at least 10 job searches a week, EVERY WEEK until you find a job so I don't think it's a good way to get easy money and avoid work. You probably have never been on welfare because you probably kept your shit together or never fell on hard times, either, or, some people have or do and need the money to support their family until they get on their feet.
