Jamestown, N.Y., man charged with 13 animal cruelty charges

A Jamestown man faces 13 counts of animal cruelty after police discovered 13 cats locked in a room without food or water in a vacant house he owns.

Grace it's incredible that anyone can defend selling crack. You are a piece of work. He wasn't giving anything. He was selling. Criminal act, go to jail. So get your lighter away from the pipe and realize that they should be locked up for a very long time!!!!

Pets are dependant upon the humans who own them. The Leepers are humans with free will and made their own decisions. Those cats locked in a room without water were completely defenseless. That is one reason why so many people get upset over stories of animal cruelty. Additionally, cats can develop serious health problems if they go even 24 hours without water.

I do agree that it is sad that people are defending the Leeper family. My guess is that the people defending the Leepers are upset that they now have to find another source for their drugs.
