I've heard people saying that probation officers from Jamestown come to the home of the probationer and proceed to search the homes without warrants. I'm not saying they walk through and check the fridge... I've been told they take cushions off furniture, look through drawers and such. Is that legal?

They have the right to do whatever they want if the individual is on probation. You did the crime so live with the consequences!

Lol, I'm not on probation, I actually have a clean police record and I'm working, productive member of society. I was just wondering because so many people are talking about it lately.
