Has anyone heard of the "Super sales professional teams", "WE GET YOU FINANCED, WHEN OTHER DEALERSHIPS WONT". "SAVE THOUSANDS, WITH LOW INTEREST RATES ON AUTO LOANS". "FINANCING PROFESSIONALS". This is how it really goes down. They have several sales each year, and hire these outside sales teams. Usually the people themselves are from a different area of the country. They get away with scamming people because they don't have a local reputation, anywhere specific. When they finally get sued, and or removed from business, they simply open it under another corporation name. They are the true definition of, "fly by night". Shults simply hires them as a sub-contractor of their company. They come to Shults dealerships, and what happens is, they attack you as soon as you pull in the lot. From knocking on your car windows, to calling you at all hours of the evening, "once you leave your contact info, this happens". I have seen all the crap that goes on from the inside looking out, in all honesty, they make about 8000.00 to 15000.00 on each car that gets retailed off their lot. During this "special saving sale". How can Tim Shults, and Bill Benard, allow this to happen, escpecially in this small hurting community. They will look at each person and tell them they got a great deal. My as$ great deal. I feel this is so so wrong. Literally, as the person leaves the lot, just out of hearing range, you can hear these professional scam artists, kackeling, and bragging about how bad they just stuck it to person. Literally calling the customers profane names, and saying how stupid they must be, to fall for the deal they gave them. They have special connections with the banks, usually paying off loan officers, allowing them to shove financing deals through, with outragious interest, and a mother load of hidden fees/charges. Where is the protection for the consumer? Shults is a local family of dealerships, they have remained in business because of the repeat and neighborhood customers they rely on. By hurting the community so badly, the purchased vehicle, usually winds up as a repo,(majorly hurting the persons credit). Or runing the persons chance of purchasing a vehicle, and trading in their current vehicle, for the next 8 years. They owe a ton more, then the vehicle is worth. Here is an example of how this scam works: A customer pulls into the dealership, possibly reading/hearing an ad for a huge sale, savings thousands, low interest, and special financing... Even a give away! They are immediately attacked by these "outside, out of state, people". Pretending to be the customers best friend. Instead of making 2-3 grand on the vehicle, they often times make up to $10,000 or more. Do you ever wonder why they dont have prices in the window? It's different for everyone. They beat the full price around the bush, focusing the customers attention, solely on the monthly payment. And the down payment, "the more you put down, the more you pay". Before they know it, with their high pressure tactics. You wind up being confused, and pulling off the lot, with something you could have gotten half price. Just keep in mind, they are laughing at you, as you leave. Then they simply pack up, after the sale. And move on, to the next state, and it's time to scam the public all over again! Has this sort of sales scam happened to any of your friends/family? I always saw attourney general letters that were mailed to the dealership. Sounds like happy customers to you?

Well I will say that these out of town salesmen do get the full price out of the cars they sell and then some. The whole company should be ashamed of themselves for even hiring outside sales men. I too have worked there for many years, and I see all of the tricks take place

All the Jamestown dealerships have a monopoly on cars and have been talking advantage of the residents for too long. I have always tried to buy locally, but can't afford the thousands extra these guys want to make. I'm all for making a dollar, but these crooks should be in prison for their theivery. Last time I tried was going to buy a 48,000 truck and they told me they can take off 1,000...went to Orlean's Ford in Medina and bought a 62,000 MSRP truck for 49,000! Yeah right Schults...the best you can do is 1,000 off a 48,000 truck...I'm not a sucker. GO OUT OF TOWN PEOPLE!

Although commonly referred to as simply Robinson Crusoe, the book’s complete, original title as it appears on the title page of the first edition is The Life and Strange Surprizing Adventures of Robinson Crusoe, of York, Mariner: Who lived Eight and Twenty Years, all alone in an un‐inhabited Island on the Coast of America, near the Mouth of the Great River of Oroonoque; Having been cast on Shore by Shipwreck, wherein all the Men perished but himself. With An Account how he was at last as strangely deliver'd by Pirates.

I have always been happy with my experience with the Shults Auto Group team. Even when I have gone out of town to shop the Shults team is always there to help me out with my trade and making sure I get the best value. Not only are they so helpful when buying a car but also when I get my car serviced.
