Are you serious? My friend,I'm sure that this post will be flooded with comments! Even though he's been out of the spotlight for a while now since he's no longer prosecuting attorney/headhunter,I'm sure that there's still plenty of folks who can't stand the sight of that goofy,hook-jawed,clock-sucking ,low-down piece of crap!! could go on all day with this one but I'm sure this sums up how I feel about him.Just MY opinion...

It may be already posted, but here is my story... In 1988, my now ex-sister-in-law, stole and cashed checks all over several towns, Russell Springs, Jamestown, and Somerset. I proved who stole and cashed the checks to the stores and H.K. No one decided to prosecute but "Kay's Bestway" and H.K. I requested a public defender. The problem, for H.K., was that they assigned me an attorney from Albany. He was ecstatic, he had an innocent client. Finally, we get to the court, the only words spoken, were by the judge, "CASE DISMISSED". Guess even the juged knew H.K. was corrupt.

Um.....I'm not arguing your point about HK, but I have a question. If they proved that you didn't write the checks, why didn't you press charges for forgery and fraud???? Just a question..

I tried, but since HK wanted to prove me a "thief", I thought proving him wrong was enough. I did all the investigation work for him, but he chose not to pursue it. I wasn't Coutnty Attorney, just a citizen. If I could have, I would have. I hated and still hate the person who tried to "implicate" my family. I had a high school education at that point in my life. If I had the degrees I have now, I would have buried him and that crummy town.
