New dining options on the North Fork

As if to ensure that there's enough food to go with all that wine, the North Fork is expected to welcome at least five new restaurants this season.

We are having dinner 2 nights in a row on the north fork this week(weekday, not weekend) and have this terrible decision to make.
For the first night, should we dine at the North Fork Table and Inn, or at Jedediah Hawkins Inn?

For the 2nd night, should it be the Frisky Oyster or the Seafood Barge?

Please help and let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Though a very thorough list of restaurants I suggest adding The Restaurant at Four Doors Down as a great choice when visiting Long Island's Wine Country. Located in Mattituck, NY it is a well known secret between the locals for its well priced and delicious dishes. They serve an ample menu of Italian, German and American fares.
