Have you checked Livingston or Carroll County's Sheriff's Departments (maybe they'll check drivers' licenses), the public records there (via an attorney), state of Missouri for driver's license, etc.?

This is updated daily. Go to Litigant name, type last name, first name, Middle initial. He is there and some are current. Looks like a Carrollton address (Carroll County). Then you could go on www.whitepages.com and get a phone number too. I hope I have helped. I hope you only use this for good things. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

hey i did find a Charles L Pickard says hes in his fortys witch could be off being the age part is not updated much. but i will email u the information.. im a pro at finding people i found my father after not knowing him for 22 years
