Lawyer: Fitchburg drug convict should go free due to lab scandal
A Fitchburg man serving a three-year sentence for trafficking 300 pounds of marijuana could be the first local person released from jail because evidence against him was tested by state chemist Annie Dookhan at the Jamaica Plain crime lab.

Doesn't matter, the justice system failed him, us and itself. The playing field has to be level.

yes I'm sure that 300 lbs of "alledged maryjane" was fake. it must have been"simulated marijuana " just to look and smell like the real stuff
