I had a bad experience with these people (seemed like 2000 of them). They are nasty and aggressive and try to brow-beat into taking one of their properties (supply you with lawyer, homemkers, school student and whoever else would stop for minute.
They tried to force me to buy their skinny little property which I told them wouldn't quite fit the bill for me. Their customer service skills is for the birds and they show you the most expensive place or some cheap place, although they know how much money you have...
I lost about $1,500.00 on a deal but the money and heartache I saved overtime makes that all worthwhile.
