This is a sad day when police can open up fire with a barrage of 50 bullets against unarmed people and suffer no consequence.

I would not want to be in Queens today.

Not a place for palefaces.

The acceptance of random acts by legal means is not new to this country. It was legal when the police arrested, beat and set dogs to torture the marchers within the Montgomery melee.
The officers however wrong followed a pattern and justified by legislative policies that a great number of New Yorkers voted in place. As long as it is not happening to them.

My sincere condolences for the family, first and foremost.

The protesters although rightly enraged giving the details and the loss of a individual life. Are adamantly wrong for attempting to cripple a community economic process.

They have long believed in votes and for a long time have taught each other that the use of force is warranted. It is in that light I cannot disagree with the judgment as the judges did what were in the best interest of public perception of the police authority.

I can disagree with the judgment in that it set clear boundaries for officers to disable a suspect and rampantly extinguishing a human life. The job of any security force comes with a current high degree of fear.

The officers involved should separate fear from the procedures that should have followed the initial encounter with the suspect. I those procedures are not fresh in the officers procedural course. Then training measures are in question.

It's final that it's not the city or the officers that are accountable and should be placed in restraints. Giving that the officers did not set out with a revengeful course toward the victims.

The legal structure and how it categorizes suspect on individual basis as each officer sees fit. The term "innocent until proven guilty" applies to citizens on the street and sets the officers duty however inadequate their knowledge is, to investigate the matter and determine an offender.
