Driver in Fatal Queens Crash Had Crack Pipe, Police Say

The woman who crashed her minivan in Queens on Monday , killing two of the five girls she was ferrying to a foster center, was hiding a crack pipe, had alcohol in her system and was speeding in a vehicle whose middle row of seats had been removed, the police said on Tuesday.

There's been a rash of DWI's that resulted fatally.
This indivual should be prosecuted and given the maximum sentence allowed.
This is absolutely ridiculous and the laws need to catch up with vehicular incidents that result in death.

How horrible these reckless people put these children at risk. It's disgusting and she should be thrown in jail.
